Ingredients
Take Wheat Flour in a Steel bowl and knead a loose dough from flour by adding water as needed. Keep it aside for 1/2 hour. Wash Dough by Place them in a sieve under running water and start stretching the dough with your hands until all the dough looks stretched. spread out the stretched dough on a Plate. Steam the Dough in a Steamer for around 8-10 min. Allow him to Cool. Cut the steamed dough and fry it in ghee to make the Chakki. Heat oil in a pan,add garam masala and cook for a few seconds. Add onion and garlic and cook for another minute. Add curd and dry masala to it the pan and mix. Heat ghee in a pan. Add Chopped garlic and onion and cook it till turns golden brown. Add curd and all masala. Mix well. Cook masala till the oil separates. Add one cup of wate and allow him to boil then add the fried chakki pieces to it. Garnish with Coriander.Method
