Ingredients
- 2 Cup curd
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 1 Tablespoon onion chopped
- 2 Teaspoon mint chopped
- 1Teaspoon Chat Masala
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Tie some curd in a muslin cloth and leave it hanging for at least 3-4 hours or till all the water drains out.
Step 2
Take cucumber and slice lenthwise by using a mandolin or slicer.
Step 3
In a glass bowl mix hung curd, onion,chat Masala, mint and salt. Mix it well. Stuff curd in cucumber slice and roll it. Keep roll in refrigerator
Step 4
Cut red and yellow bell pepper in small dice.
Step 5
Garnish roll with bell pepper and served chilled
