Green Peas and Mint Soup

Ingredients
- 3 Cup green peas
- 2 Tablespoon chopped mint
- 2 Tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 Bay leaf
- 4-5 Black pepper ( kalimirch )
- 2 Tablespoon fine flour ( maida )
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- 1 Teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 2 Tablespoon fresh cream
- 3 Cup vegetable stock
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Heat one tablespoon butter in pan. Add bay leaf, whole black pepper, onion and garlic. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Add green peas, saute for 2-3 minutes then add 2 cup vegetable stock. Bring him to boil.
Step 2
Remove pot from heat and discard bay leaf and pepper. Add mint and puree soup in a grinder or with a blender. Strain puree.
Step 3
Heat remaining butter in a pan. Add flour and cook it on slow heat till it gets a sanady texture. Add one cup vegetable stock , green peas puree, salt, pepper and cream. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 5 minute
Step 4
Serve hot garnish with cream
