- 12 Puchka
- 250 gms Mutton ,minced
- 2 Tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 Teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon green chili, Chopped
- 1 Cup bhel ( Puffed Rice)
- 2 Table spoon Mint Chuitney
- 2 Table Spoon Sweet Curd
- 1 Tablespoon pomegranate
- 1 Tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 Tablespoon oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 Tablespoon sev
Firstly, wash mutton keema and strain out the excess water from the keema with a strainer. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add sliced garlic, onions, green chilies and saute until the onions turn very slight brown color.
Add mutton keema into it and roast well. Roast it until the keema changes its color and there is no water remaining. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, garm masala. Stair it and roast for few minutes. Cook until oil appears at the end. set aside
Meanwhile, take each puri and make a hole on its top middle side with help of index finger or thumb.
Stuff Keema in each puchka with help of spoon and arrange on a plate, Sprinkle some puffed rice, sev and chopped onion over it., dizzle a drop of mint chutney and curd.
Garnish with chopped coriander and pomegranate.
