Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
- Oil-2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) , whisked
- 2 Papad
- 1 Cup Boondi
- Salt , as required
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat; add the cumin seeds and allow it to crackle. Add the garlic and onion. Cook onion till brown Colour.
Step 2
In a bowl mix curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. mix it well.
Step 3
Add curd mixture to the pan. cook untill oil sperates then add 1 cup water.
Step 4
Add crushed papad and boondi. mix it well. Simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes. Simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes then add garam masala and salt.
Step 5
Sprinkle green coriander and ready to sevve.
